My journey, from systematic thinking at EY to hands-on digital campaign execution in internships and leading brand-building with performance at Error Lab, has cultivated a unique perspective. I don't see creativity and analytics as separate disciplines, but as integral components of a unified, impactful strategy.

As chief marketing officer for the Smurfit Finance Group, I spearheaded the digital promotion strategy for our key events. Recognising a need for a more structured approach, I introduced phased event marketing covering awareness, value positioning, and urgency, while ensuring messaging consistency across our team. This strategic pivot significantly improved engagement during our campaign periods and amplified event visibility, directly contributing to stronger attendance figures and and a more cohesive digital presence. This experience solidified my ability to lead cross-functional teams and engineer marketing systems that meticulously link strategy with measurable outcomes.
